Shipping arrived promptly, it’s my second order but I’m grateful not needing to wait long for my order!

Had I chose NOT to spend the extra dollar and some change, I would have been so incredibly upset. My 1st order sent me a notification claiming to have been delivered and I never received it! I waited the few days like instructed and even checked with neighbors. Once confirmed that I indeed did not receive my shipment, I emailed the site right away and was sent the replacement within a few days. Again, the protection is only a dollar or so more and completely worth it!

So I decided to get the shipping protection for my order because nowadays people either take your packages or they sometimes get lost by mail carriers by delivering to wrong address. So to guarantee I would get my order on time and safe, I got protection plan. It’s not expensive and very easy to get. I highly recommend and have that piece of mind. I contemplated on getting it or not, but my apartment complex is known to "Loose packages" or have packages stolen because there is no package room. I decided to get it and go figure my first package said delivered but was no where to be found. I was so upset, I reached out to customer service and they immediately filled my order again and shipped out the next day. I received the second package no issue. I highly recommend, especially if you live somewhere with a sketchy package delivery/safety issue like I do. Hope this helps :)
