I can feel and see the difference on the days I take the detox versus the days I forget. The supplements have no taste and are easy to take. The chlorophyll has that green, plant taste but it is not bad. I know the chlorophyll is helping with my skin. Overall, I feel less pms symptoms, even when they are full blown, since taking these.
