    Game changer!

    This tastes good and is easy to take. My period can be a little inconsistent and came early so I'm still taking this while on my period - but I have to say my cramps/bloating are a lot better than they usually are, and I haven't had any mood swings! Excited to see how this impacts my cycle next month on my 2nd bottle!

    Notable Improvements Since Starting the PMS Support Supplement

    I started using the PMS Support Supplement on Sunday, October 12, 2025, which marked the beginning of the luteal phase in my cycle. So far, my experience has been very positive. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my mood, and I haven’t experienced any of the usual pelvic pain or other uncomfortable symptoms that typically occur during this phase. It’s still too early to comment on how effective it is for menstrual cramps since my period hasn’t started yet, but based on the results so far, I’m quite pleased with how well it’s working.

    I’ve used Happy V’s new PMS product for the very first time this cycle, and I’m honestly blown away by how much of a difference it made. I started using it just as recommended 7 days before the start of my cycle. My cramps were milder, my mood felt more stable, and even the bloating I usually get was noticeably less. It just made my whole cycle feel easier to handle. I also love that the ingredients are clean and designed with women’s health in mind.
