I took many probiotics and I didn't notice any difference. At 3 weeks from taking this I notice a change in my smell, itchiness, and discharge.

Im 37 years old, a wife for 19 years, and a mom of 4. After my 2nd kid, its as if there was a horomone shift, and something within my body changed. That's when I began to fight BV on and off monthly for 15 years. I was so contentious. I could smell myself as I sat down in a chair or while I was using the bathroom. I didnt want my husband to go down on me during sex because I was worried he would ask whats wrong. It was interferring in our sex life to where I wouldnt want to have sex if the smell was stronger than usual. I tried boric acid suppositories which helped it, but within a day or two the smell would be back. The discharge would get so bad that it would cause a acid burn type pain and I said no more. It's always hard to tell with a supplement, but these seem to be helping in my recovery from a long line of BV and yeast infections. While I still have mild irritation, no infections have returned, and I'll take that as a win!

I don’t think I can ever live without these. These have helped so much with preventing UTI’s and keeping me healthy down there but also helping my digestion. I’m really sensitive to milk and yogurt, so taking these has really helped me get those probiotics in. These don’t hurt my stomach at all. I tried these for one month and then wasn’t sure and tried something else and got a uti. I went back on these and it has been amazing! Going on my third month now and will forever use these! 💙

I purchased these in case I felt slight bladder pressure. I keep a couple where I work. I add to my water and it definitely helps. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I'm not crazy about the strawberry flavor. I would prefer cranberry or unflavored.

I started taking this a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. I just drop it on the back of my tongue and go. Make sure to take it before brushing your teeth because it will temporarily stain your tongues and any teeth it touches green but that easily brushed out with toothpaste. Looking forward to the long term results.
