So far I have noticed a huge difference in my overall PH, I'm less bloated, I can use the restroom more, I'm not as sensitive as I usually am during intimate moments with my partner but the biggest difference I noticed was during my period, like I haven’t got any bad or any cramps during my cycle, which it’s also seems to have been helping regulate my cycle, where my flow is way lighter than what I'm use to and I’m also not spotting as much as I get ready to finish my cycle either. So far I'm really please and can't wait to see further along because I'm almost 2 months in

I’ve been taking P&P for just about a month now. I started taking to help with my PH balance / itch and overall vagina heath. Seems to be going good but hard to tell at this point if it is helping or not. Will have to see after month two.

I have had recurring BV & yeast infections since I was a baby. I’ve taken numerous rounds of meds to eliminate these issues but they never worked for the long term. I decided to give this supplement a try & so far I’ve had no issues at all (granted I’ve done a month supply, but currently ordering more). My only complaint is having to take the two larger pills instead of just one, but will deal with it for the great results

Yes, it’s more expensive than your average chlorophyll but it is so worth it! My skin has never looked better! My digestion is better overall happy customer, I have now ordered a bottle for my cousin as I’m eager for them to try it and be on the same journey!!

I normally take cranberry to help keep the urinary track healthy. I am prone to UTIs. I tried cranberry supplement and I love it. I have been taking this a few times a week, not every day, and I have seen an improvement with my urinary tract.
