I recieved this late August maybe early September of 2025. You do noticed slower changes in your vaginal health. This DOES WORK BUT ALSO note that your diet plays a big part to your vaginal health. I had to cut off junk foods, sodas, and replaced my liquids with better options IN ORDER FOR this happy V pre and pro biotic capsules to work. I was on my period and this helped so much with bloating and helped with regular bowel movements. I'm on the 3 month subscription and will continue and incorporate this in my lifestyle for health since I have felt the results.

Again, please take note that if you are eating unhealthy and depend on this product, it won't be as effective. Trust me I was on month 2 figuring out why I was inflamed and uncomfy, I had a different light scent that was odd, once I changed my eating habits and included this capsules, it was and is effective and gave me the results I needed.

No more boric acids up the vagina, this is the holy grail.

Lastly just some few tips for upkeep, depending how sensitive you are: buy better wipes or great quality toilet paper. If you are a person who sweats--always bring an extra pair of underwear. And if you sweat at night, highly advise you to wear something loose or a night gown.

I've been taking these for about 6 months now and they have helped get things back in order after antibiotic and antifungal treatments for recurrent BV and yeast. It did take 2 or 3 months of daily use to see results, so they're not like a quick fix, but they're a great way to support overall health. These keep me feeling very fresh and healthy and I haven't had any recurrence of those issues since starting. They help with my stomach issues and digestion, too. These are definitely good probiotics with lots of benefits.
