    I love both of these. The cranberry I take a couple times a week and I have seen an improvement in my urinary health. The prebiotic and probiotic!!! I take daily, I take one pill in the morning and one in the evening. I can’t take both at the same time or it upsets my stomach. I have dealing with reoccurring bv for 8 months now. My last round of Flagyl I started the Happy V pre and probiotic and I haven’t had any issues since. I tried other “vaginal” probiotics as well but it wasn’t helping. I will be purchasing more Happy V pre and probiotic.
