Why can't I cancel my subscription product?

If you’re having trouble changing your subscription on your account, it’s likely because you are within the first 2 months (orders) of your subscription, which we call our “lock-in” period. During the lock-in period, you are unable to make changes to or cancel your subscription. The reason why is actually based on science and research. We’ve found that it takes the average user around 2 months of consistent, daily supplement use to really see the result they were hoping for.

How can I add my points to my next subscription order

Add loyalty points to your next subscription order by going to:

  1. My Account > My Rewards.
  2. Click “Redeem,” and you’ll see a discount code appear on screen.
  3. Copy this code.
  4. Then go to My Account > My Subscriptions.
  5. Find your upcoming order and click “Add discount.”
  6. You’ll see a field to enter your discount code and receive money off your next order!

How can I change my subscription frequency?

If you need to, you can pause your Happy V subscription for up to 3 weeks. At the end of the 3 weeks, you’ll receive a notice that your next order is about to process. If you still need a bit more time before receiving your next refill, just skip your next order. Happy V will always email you before any order shipment, even one that’s been paused or skipped!

    If you are eligible for free Happy V swag, you’ll see it listed on the Rewards page.
  2. Click “Redeem now”
  3. Then “Yes, add it” to have the item automatically added to your cart. (Just remember, you still need to check out to get the product shipped to you!)

My order is delayed in the mail. Will missing a dose mess up my progress?

Consistency is definitely key when it comes to maintaining wellness and keeping uncomfortable symptoms at bay. However, if you’ve been taking your Happy V supplements daily and practicing good hygiene, missing a few doses will likely not “mess up” the progress you’ve made. When you do receive your new order, take a dose of supplements right away, then continue to take daily, and you should be right on track to achieving or maintaining your health goals.
