The reason why I decided to try Happy V be was on the one hand to renew my gut bacteria and on the other hand to get rid of potential bacteria hiding under a biofilm in my bladder. After 1 month my gut digestion normalized and I think I flashed out some biofilm when urinating. I do have to see how it continues with my bladder but I am healthy so far. Also I am curious how my vaginal flora will be affected later on. Would recommend it.
