Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Purchase of Products

Products and Services: The availability of the products and services described on the Happyv.com site, and the description of such products and services may vary based on location and timing. 

Order Issues: Happy V reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse any purchase made through our Site. 

No Resale: All purchases of products and services through the Site are for personal, non-commercial use only and you agree not to resell any products without expressed written consent from Happy V. The sale or linking of our products on or to any third party e-commerce site, marketplace or mobile application without our specific written consent is expressly prohibited. 


Autoship Subscription Process, Renewal and Cancellation:

By signing up for a autoship subscription, your autoship subscription will automatically renew every month and continue to automatically renew every month at the same price, plus taxes if applicable. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature unless you (i) skip your next order, (ii) pause your next order, or (iii) cancel your autoship subscription by logging into your Happy V account, under “Manage Your Subscription.” You must make any changes to your autoship subscription at least 72 hours before your next subscription order is set to renew. Otherwise, your account will be charged for that month’s order. Please note that all autoship subscription orders are non-refundable. 

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment provider for your initial autoship subscription period, and again at the beginning of any subsequent autoship subscription renewal period for the fees agreed upon. If you choose to cancel your autoship subscription, you must do so 72 hours before your autoship subscription is due to renew and only after the second charge of your autoship subscription. You must complete two months of your autoship subscription before being able to cancel your autoship subscription. Autoship subscription cancellations before two total subscription orders are not permitted. 

We reserve the right to ask questions regarding any side effects, adverse reactions or any other reasons why you may be cancelling your subscription.


Billing and Payments

Payment:
You agree to pay all order fees or other charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. You must provide Happy V with a valid credit card or payment provider method (PayPal account, ShopPay account, Amazon Pay, Google Pay) as a condition to placing an order.  By providing Happy V with your credit card number or payment provider method and associated payment information, you agree that Happy V is authorized to immediately invoice your Account for all fees and charges due and payable to Happy V hereunder and that no additional notice or consent is required. You agree to immediately notify Happy V of any change in your billing address or the credit card or payment provider method used for payment hereunder. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, we may contact you directly to update your account information and we may also obtain updated information from your issuing bank, card network or our payment processor. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. 

Shipping: At the time of your first order, we will request shipping and payment information. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Note that once the order has been processed, Happy V cannot make changes to the shipping address. If you are on an active autoship subscription and your shipping address changes, you must change your shipping address on your Happy V Account or contact our Customer Care team 72 hours before your subscription renews. Once your order has been shipped and left the Happy V facility, Happy V is no longer in control of ensuring delivery. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. 

Returns: Except for products that are a subscription order, gift cards, any order that contains five or more products or final sale items, we accept returns on full-priced, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Any product you return must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

While we do offer refund for full-priced, unopened items, please take the following into consideration:

  • Happy V products are supplements and therefore, it is important that you take all the necessary steps towards improving your overall health. You should also be reassessing your diet and your daily habits. For tips on how to do so click here.
  • We reserve the right to ask questions regarding any side effects, adverse reactions or any other reasons why you may be returning your eligible purchase. 

Payment refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after Happy V has processed your payment. On average, it takes Happy V 24-48 hours to process your refund.
