Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

What’s your return/refund policy?

If you paid full price for your product and are looking to return, we give a 30-day money-back guarantee or exchange. Email us at hello@happyv.com and include your order number.

You'll be refunded the full price you paid when checking out, minus original shipping charges.

Any order that was made with a discount is a final sale, including subscriptions.

 

How do I place a return or exchange?

We understand our product may not be perfect for everyone.  If you purchased a one-time product, please reach out to hello@happyv.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return. We'll take care of the rest.

If you purchased with a discount or signed up for our monthly subscription - we do not do returns or exchanges. However, you can skip, pause or cancel your subscription by visiting "Manage Your Subscription" on your Happy V account. 

  

How long does it take to process a return?

Processing returns happen within 24-48 hours.  However, depending on your bank, credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we truly apologize for the mistake.
