I went back and forth on getting these because it seemed like a pretty penny to pay for something that may or may not work and just finally went for it and they have absolutely improved my gut health. I was struggling with irregular digestion the week before and during my period and was soooo bloated, after just one month of these people are remarking that I've lost weight and look great (I've not changed any of my lifestyle/ started dieting or anything like that- literally just have been taking these pills and dropped the bloat). I was having a really hard time with irregular digestion around my periods too and that immediately improved as well. I never leave reviews but I'm telling anyone and everyone I know about these because they're seriously that great.

I've been taking this about six months and I've noticed a difference in bloating after eating and I'm becoming more regular with my bowel movements. I'm typically lactose intolerant but since taking this I've noticed I don't feel the symptoms as severely after I eat dairy and I attribute to this pre/probiotic. I love that the refills come in bags instead of the plastic.

As a PCOS AND Endometriosis girly, I am prone to infections like yeast, BV, and UTI’s. I used to get them so frequently I was almost on antibiotics or anti fungal once every 2 months. Everytime I was intimate with my boyfriend, I got a yeast infection or a UTI even with the necessary precautions in place. I honestly tried these on a whim and as a last resort when I was diagnosed with BV , yeast infection, and a UTI all at the same time. Being given 3 STRONG meds to take to cure them all. I broke down at the urgent care just like wondering what I’m doing wrong. I ordered these while waiting for my discharge papers at the urgent care and decided if I was gonna try it I was gonna be consistent. After 2 months of these pre-probiotics, I have not had one instance of any infection. I have been able to be intimate with my boyfriend without worrying about the infection I’m about to have or the urgent care bill. I finally feel like something is right. Again you can read this and think it’s a PR thing or I’m paid to say this but truly I’m not. I don’t normally buy these things because it always became a waste of money. But this is an investment I will never regret “buying” into. Thank you so much Happy V for giving me my life back.
