Prebiotic + Probiotic Refill

I’ve been taking the Prebiotic + Probiotic consistently for about 3 months now. I can’t speak to how it has been for my gut health, because I’m not sure if there has been a change there. However, for the reason I was taking them- they genuinely work. I have been having fairly frequent (we’re talking monthly) not-quite-an-infection itchiness and irritation for close to a year now because of perimenopause, mostly around my period. I tried a few different things, including just about monthly use of boric acid, to fix it and nothing really helped. I looked online and saw people recommending Happy V probiotics, so I gave it a try, not really expecting anything (and stopping the other things I was trying). In the first month, I still had some irritation, but noticed it was less than before and went away faster. By a month and a half, it was completely gone and hasn’t come back since then (fingers crossed!). This is the longest I’ve gone in a long time without that happening, so I can only assume that - given that the rest of my routine hasn’t changed - it’s the Prebiotic + Probiotic. Thank you Happy V! As a side note for those who find this important: to me, it tastes like nothing, doesn’t leave any kind of aftertaste, and I take it every night with dinner and it has never upset my stomach.

This product finally eliminated constant yeast/BV infections after four years of suffering! Any time my doctor would prescribe a med, the infection would just come back once I finished the prescription. It wasn’t until I added this to my regimen that the chronic infections finally stopped. 10/10 highly recommend.

I love this product. I struggled with a lot of yeast infections or just issues with finding the right pH balance down there. I swear by these probiotics- I have not had one yeast infection since using them daily, and it is totally worth it to me to take these probiotics to keep everything functioning well and healthy down there!
