I've been taking this consistently for almost 3 months. After the first month, I started seeing minor changes of decreased bloating, appetite suppression (in a good way) where I don't seem to over eat, bloat and inflammation have gone down significantly. I eat well and track my food intake daily but felt something was holding me back from feeling lean, but this has really cut down inflammation, swelling and bloat. I feel skimmer and not always feeling full for hours on end. My daily movements have been more regular, which is something I didn't struggle with to begin with, but they have seemed to be healthier. I truly never thought something would help fight the bloat and always feeling full, this has been life changing.
