I've been taking this about six months and I've noticed a difference in bloating after eating and I'm becoming more regular with my bowel movements. I'm typically lactose intolerant but since taking this I've noticed I don't feel the symptoms as severely after I eat dairy and I attribute to this pre/probiotic. I love that the refills come in bags instead of the plastic.

As a PCOS AND Endometriosis girly, I am prone to infections like yeast, BV, and UTI’s. I used to get them so frequently I was almost on antibiotics or anti fungal once every 2 months. Everytime I was intimate with my boyfriend, I got a yeast infection or a UTI even with the necessary precautions in place. I honestly tried these on a whim and as a last resort when I was diagnosed with BV , yeast infection, and a UTI all at the same time. Being given 3 STRONG meds to take to cure them all. I broke down at the urgent care just like wondering what I’m doing wrong. I ordered these while waiting for my discharge papers at the urgent care and decided if I was gonna try it I was gonna be consistent. After 2 months of these pre-probiotics, I have not had one instance of any infection. I have been able to be intimate with my boyfriend without worrying about the infection I’m about to have or the urgent care bill. I finally feel like something is right. Again you can read this and think it’s a PR thing or I’m paid to say this but truly I’m not. I don’t normally buy these things because it always became a waste of money. But this is an investment I will never regret “buying” into. Thank you so much Happy V for giving me my life back.

I bought the bundle that came with this pre&probiotic & the digestive enzymes, I liked the digestive enzymes and I do feel like this pre-probiotic would work for people with reoccurring BV however, after struggling with this for almost 2 years I came across Ureaplasma ( & mycoplasma) forums, got tested realized it was positive for ureaplasma , which mimics BV So I had to receive an antibiotic, hoping it works, however, I will still taking these pre & probiotics again because antibiotics can kills good bacteria and your gut health, fml.

I switched to Nexplanon birth control and it put my pH out of wack which caused an odor. I found Happy V while I was deep diving on why the odor was happening and I couldn’t be happier I found it! It’s been almost 4 months and I can tell my vaginal (and gut) health is so much better.
