I’ve dealt with recurrent yeast infections for the last 2~ years and tried just about every product, supplement, and medication under the sun to try to clear up my symptoms. If you struggle from any type of chronic vaginal infections, you know the specific type of torture it is. For the last TWO YEARS, I have suffered from chronic dryness, BV or yeast infections or god forbid all three at the same time. I’ve had trouble getting wet especially while being intimate and even when I was turned on…like I’m talking *no discharge*. In the random pockets of discharge, it would always be a weird clumpy texture or would slightly smell fishy - talk about a blow to my self esteem!
I’ve tried everything: metro gel, clindamycin (oral and suppositories), probiotics (Jarrow’s, Rephresh, Good Clean Love, Ancient Rituals, AZO Feminine Balance), boric acid, Evvy tests, slippery elm, maca root, ashwaganda, switching my soaps, wearing cotton underwear, no underwear at night. Anything you can think of, I’ve tried it and it maybe worked for a day went right back to the Sahara Desert.
I saw Happy V vitamins 6 months ago on TikTok but was extremely skeptical given all the money and time that I’ve already spent going to doctor’s visits, doing lab tests, and buying medication / supplements. After looking back at the 4,000 raving reviews, I decided to purchase the pre and probiotics and prayed that it would be the solution.
The first week I took 2 a day then switched to 3 after reading some more reviews. My period ended up coming ~5 days early which made me hopeful that the pills were doing something but after my period, unfortunately things went back to being dry…
